Shipping & Delivery

Processing

Processing time is the gap between placing your order and it physically leaving our facility. It is counted separately from delivery time.

Before anything ships, it goes through a quality check: we inspect the fabric, seams, zippers, hardware and lining, and confirm the piece matches the size and color on your order. Most orders clear that check and ship within 1–2 business days.

A few things can stretch that window. Larger orders take longer to pick and inspect, and a popular style running low on stock or a national holiday can add time. When that happens, processing and dispatch can take up to 3 business days.

Need to change or cancel an order? Message us through the Support Center as soon as possible — we can usually catch an order that has not shipped yet.

Delivery

Delivery time is counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. We currently deliver to addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping — 5–7 business days

Order total Shipping cost
$70.00 and over Free
Under $70.00 $8.00

Express shipping — 2–3 business days

Order total Shipping cost
Any order total $15.00

Your available shipping options and their exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. An incomplete or incorrect address, carrier backlogs, severe weather or customs processing can push a delivery past the estimate. If your order is running noticeably late, contact the Support Center and we will trace it for you.

Duties and Import Taxes

Our product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties or taxes. Orders ship to you from outside the United States, so every parcel clears U.S. customs on its way.

Any duties, import taxes or customs processing fees are set by U.S. customs authorities and are paid separately by you. They are not included in what you pay us at checkout. The amount depends on the contents and declared value of your order, so we cannot quote or estimate it in advance.

Please also note that the United States no longer exempts low-value parcels from duty. Charges can apply to an order of any size, including a small one.

We declare the accurate contents and value of every shipment, as required by customs regulations. We cannot label an order as a gift or declare a value lower than the price you paid.

If a parcel is refused at delivery because of duties or taxes, the resulting return shipping and customs charges are your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund.
